REDUCE CHEMICAL HERBICIDE USE

Moonlight Mulch Film is used to reduce horticultural chemical use.
Chemicals shouldn't be used in conjunction with our mulch film
as it degrades the film directly,
especially when using chlorine compounds such as Round-up.

We've spent years using single-use, petroleum-based plastics
in the horticultural sector.

Now, we want to reduce the huge environmental impact
of these plastics by giving growers a choice.

Mulch Film

Compostable (break down period) is 3-6 months subject to microbiology activity in the soil. Micro-perforation of film available.

Sizes are: 1.2m x 1000m   ·  1.2m x 2000m   ·   0.9m x 1000m

Stable through to start to brittle breakdown process:

• 12 Micron 3 months approx.
• 15 Micron 4 months – 6 months approx.
• 17 Micron 6 months – 8 months approx.
• 20 Micron 12 months approx.
• 30 Micron 18 months – 24 months approx.
• 50 Micron 24 months – 36 months approx.
• 80 Micron 48 months – 60 months approx.
